This sweater is soft and warm and comfortable. That is for sure. I feel like maybe if you had a little bit of weight that you were carrying around your waists it would be a good choice. I sized up to the large as I normally do with more fitted sweaters, but I feel like I would’ve been better off with the medium. The large just added size around the waist, so it has almost a bell type fit. Not horrible, but it doesn’t touch my waist in any area. It hangs down straight so hard to explain what I mean!! I don’t feel like the large did me any favors. It’s not super fitted as I expected. I also think I would’ve preferred black buttons. The white buttons definitely do make a statement. It didn’t shrink in the wash I washed and cold and hung to dry. It’s a nice thickness. It does provide warmth without being bulky. It’s lightweight but warm at the same time. I was tempted to give it four stars because it’s not my favorite but yet I think if I ordered a medium, it might’ve fit a little better. The sleeves are nice and long. I find myself constantly tugging on the sleeves of my shirts and this one I don’t have that issue at all. It washed well without pilling. It is still flattering even when I sized up it doesn’t look too oversized. I’m just not sure that sizing up was needed with the sweater. Read more

I want to start by saying this is really, really cute and also warm and perfect for fall. It's well made and looks just like it does in the photo. I can wear this on a cold day and it will keep me as warm as a sweater or light jacket. The buttons are a really cute touch and I'm glad I can pull it over my head without having to button them all up. The ruffles are adorable and hold their shape and the material is thick and well-made. However, the fabric is a bit scratchy and I find myself wanting to wear something underneath it as I have sensitive skin and it irritates my skin a bit if I wear it for too long without something underneath. I also feel like it looks more form-fitting in the photo than it is on me, and it's a bit too wide/big for me. I can see and plan to add some darts and a tie ribbon in the back to have it fit my body a bit better. I'm very petite (5'5", 115lbs, 34B) and this would probably look better on someone who has a bigger chest. I've been wearing this more as a sweater than just a top and the extra room and wearing something underneath is a better use for this than just as a top. Overall, this is really cute, warm, and well-made. I just think that it isn't necessarily designed for someone with my particular body type and would look better on someone a bit curvier. I bet it would also look cute underneath a vest or shirt so the ruffles peek through, so it's versatile. It's good value for the price considering how well made it is, too, and it is warm enough to be used as a sweater but costs less than one normally would. Read more

This soft, ruffled sweater in grey will be a nice thing to wear this fall. Grey is such a neutral color that it will pair with many things. The knit is very soft, and the fit is spot on. It can be worn without a shirt underneath because the buttons are close enough together as to prevent gapping. Love this style!
