I am 4’11” and this dress was not as described. The quality did not meet my expectations. It isn’t for us short ladies, not flattering giving the cut and placement for my height. There is no stretch to the dress, the material is not comfortable or breathable and it is not a good fit if you have curves or are full on top. The color was the only part I loved. Read more
