Turned the scarf and hat into a makeshift balaclava and it was so warm. I walked for about 40 minutes in 35 degrees weather (not too windy) and the scarf made my face so warm that I had started sweating and had to lower it to my neck. The satin inside the hat is also super clutch cuz I have locs and the regular hat materials is rough on my roots. That said, it does make it a lil slippy on your head but not too much and it probably won’t be a problem if you don’t have long hair..The gloves are cool too - my fingers did feel a bit of the cold but not to the point of getting tingly and it’s a huge difference in having them off. I mostly use the gloves becahse they are great at keeping out the cold and can be used with touch screens. The satin lining in the hat is amazing. It doesn’t dry out my hair or cause fizziness. I like how the scarf blends with everything. A lot of my winter clothes have different knitting and patterns and it’s the one scarf that can go with anything. Read more

I specifically wanted a hat that had satin liner inside to avoid haor breakage. The inside is nice and soft and still able to keep my ears and forehead warm. Gloves are very comfortable and scarf is also good material. This set is perfect for everyday wear, it's light feel and the material isn't itchy or fuzzy so it doesn't get into my mouth or eyes. This is my 3rd order of this set, and it is not the same thickness or quality as the set I bought in Dec 2024 or Jan 2025. I wish I could capture it on camera, but I can't. Still a good set, but I wouldn't buy for being outside all day or for staying very warm in temps below 35 or 40. Read more
