I play volleyball 3 times a week. It is a lot of jumping, arm swinging, and movement. These stay in place, don't roll up and are super comfortable. My favorite sports bra from addidas was discontinued and I've been on the hunt for a replacement for a year. I've tried addidas, nike, and almost all the top rated ones on amazon, and retuend them all. This was an amazing find, and I'm ordering another 5 pack. I'm 5'10", size 12, B cup and the Large fit perfect. Read more
I can’t believe these are such high quality for so low a price! They’re super-strong, and so full-coverage that nothing spills out of the sides. The material is so tough that it even manages to rein in my double-D back bulges. You’ll still bounce if you jog in these, but they contain beautifully for everyday wear. My one complaint is the sizing. I ordered the 3X, which the chart said would fit me, and these things are so tight and strong that they’re crushing my ribs! Think twice about buying these if you have any trouble with your lymph nodes; they put too much pressure on your chest and back not to cause problems. If you realize that these are too tight on you after it’s too late to return them, I found that cutting a vertical slit (only an inch or smaller) into the back where the band meets the bra body gives me enough wiggle room to be able to breathe in them. This is my 2nd order of this sports bra and I have to say, it’s probably my favorite so far. The bras are nice looking, made very well, and are a nice firm fit - which I love. The first thing I do with any sports bra is remove the (awful) pads. I get that some like them, but for me, they are just plain a bigger hassle than they are worth. Hate losing them in the wash, or finding them all bunched up while I’m wearing it, or having to constantly readjust them. I like the bras where they are sewn in, but removable pads just are not for me. Besides, these bras are heavy duty enough that I don’t really need them. The bras are very comfortable and they wash and wear well (I do machine wash them, but I always line dry my bras so that keeps them looking nicer much longer). If I had any negative to share it would be the color combo for the “black/grey”. The product photo makes it look like that combination consists of two very black bras: one black bra having a grey accent trim and the other appears to be all black; but as you can see from my photos, one is black with the grey trim, and the other one is a much lighter grey (a grey that matches the grey on the trim of the black bra). Doesn’t match the product photo likeness at all for that combination. That was the same with my first order also. I thought it was just a mistake the first time, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. When I received this order the same way though, I thought would mention it since it very clearly doesn’t match the product photo for the combo set. (I did notice that if you order just one bra in grey, then that grey one is the lighter grey color and if you order just the one black bra, that is clearly very black). Personally, I wish we had the choice of ordering 2 black as that’s my preference. Pricing is pretty reasonable for this set considering the nice quality you’re getting, and this seller does offer a decent coupon once in a while. Read more

I have used Fila Sport Running Sports Bra in Medium ( I am 34B) for my high intensity exercise for years. The Fila bras are lined with soft fabric that absorbs sweat. I have like 10 of them which are wearing out mostly the inside fabric and chafing me, but I can't get that brand anymore. So I tried these BAOMOSI 5-pack in Medium which are nice, colors are great. I have not yet tried them in Zumba, but I wore one to a hgh intensity spin class. They do not fit as well under the bust (it seems to moves a bit and not stay in place. They are tighter around the back of the arm and cause some back fat spillover when you pull it down below the bust. I am quite trim but still have some back fat in that region and if I pull the band belwo the bust down for more comfort the spillover gets worse. If pull hte sides up, the bust band is not where I want it. A Small would be too small for sure. For the price, I guess they will be quite useeable but I am speculating they will not be as supportive as my old exercise bras, and they certainly don't absorb sweat. I hope it washes well without loosing shape. As of wash, it came thru OK, byt next I will remove inserts to prevent them balling up in wash. Also it does provide pretty supot for Zumba, byt absolutely does not help absorb sweat. It's very hot for intense exercise. Read more
Full disclosure: I bought this in a large and in a medium. I am 5’2”, 155lbs, early 30s, carry my weight in my tummy and chest, and a 34DDD/G. I am also a back of the pack distance runner, and just ran a half marathon in the size medium bra this morning. I did an interval workout with sprints in the large bra earlier this week as well. Here’s my opinion: Both bras fit. The large has a little more give, but I would wear it for a short run (and have) without discomfort. I’ll probably wear it more around the house/for low impact workouts though. The medium held me better for my long runs, and I’ll be ordering a few more to replace my vicki secret sports bras whose straps loosen up every time I hit the 3 mile mark; I would rather use the medium as my all-around workout bra. The pads in both the large and medium bras are appropriate for my breast size, and everything looked good with them in. I don’t like the added padding personally, so i pulled them out. Still looked like a sports bra, but at no point in either bra did I experience uni-boob. Will you bounce? A little, if you’re my chest size, but I’ve never gone bounce free, even when I’ve cinched my bras so tight they give me brush-burns. What I will say is that my chest and shoulders did not hurt during or after my running in both bras, and the movement of my chest was minimal, even when I was sprinting in the larger size. Hopefully this helps. I’ve tried a lot of sports bras (torrid, victoria’s secret), and this is the best one I’ve run in yet. Read more
