Why is the zipper over the straps?

Full zipper, cosmetic steps for show only. On other boots of a similar design, the straps are outside of the zipper which can make the process of putting the footwear in slower and certainly more tedious. The completed look is far superior and worthwhile despite the effort. These boots however, were designed so that the straps have the zipper going over them and while that makes things easier putting on and taking off, the overall look is diminished. Despite that, the cost savings is enough to lean towards this boot and not competitors. The single flaw of the design is mitigated with proper modeling and poses or post production editing. Read more
