I recently ordered the Women's Fold Over Knee High Boots in the Beige Faux Suede, and I must say, they are incredibly cute and stylish. These boots are perfect for the early fall months when you can enjoy the crisp air without having to contend with rain or wet conditions. It’s important to note that these boots should not get wet, as exposure to water could potentially ruin their appearance and integrity. The synthetic materials used in the construction of these boots are likely to absorb moisture, which could lead to staining and damage over time. Unfortunately, I don't believe that applying water repellant spray would be effective in providing the necessary protection for these particular boots, so it’s best to keep them dry and clean. The design features a chunky heel that stands at about two inches high, which not only adds a bit of height but also ensures a comfortable walking experience. I typically wear a size 5.5, but I opted for a size 6 in these boots. This decision was influenced by the fact that the toe area is pointy and somewhat narrow. By ordering a half size larger, I found that it provides extra room in the toe box, which is essential for comfort. One of the features I appreciate is the zippers on the boots, which glide smoothly and effortlessly, making it easy to put them on and take them off. Additionally, the silver-tone buckles add a stylish touch, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the boots and giving them a bit of flair that can elevate any outfit. The combination of the faux suede and the hardware details creates a chic look that can be paired with various fall ensembles, from dresses to skinny jeans. When the boots arrived, they were nicely packaged, which I appreciated. However, I did notice that they used a smaller box for shipping, which resulted in the boots being folded in half to fit. As a consequence, one of the boots has a section that does not lay completely flat. While I remain hopeful that this issue will resolve itself over time with regular wear, I am concerned that if it does not, it may detract from the overall appearance and elegance of the boots.
