You get what you pay for. These boots run to the correct size. I like that the velcro allows one to adjust them somewhat, although a way to cinch the body, not just the top cuff, of the boot would be nice. There is essentially no padding r support in these. Putting them out of the box was very uncomfortable just standing there, let alone walking. I added a contoured insole and they became tolerable. My two pairs of black winters boots are at the repair shop getting resoled, and I just needed something to get me through for the next couple of months until I get my good quality boots back. These are cheap, and they definitely look and feel it. But since all I wanted was something that wouldn't break the bank as a stopgap, these will be just barely tolerable.
