I wear a regular size 9.5 in women's and bought the exact size. Great durability and grip and came in time before work. Sturdy shoe, feels comfortable, and are waterproof which is a must for me! If you wear thick socks with your winter shoes, I would recommend sizing up half a size to accommodate the extra space for the socks. Read more
