I ordered these boots because they remind me of a famous Australian brand’s Mini Boots at about half the price. True, the famous brand is genuine leather and fleece while these are microsuede and faux fleece, but if I didn’t know better, I’d have to check the label to confirm that these aren’t genuine sheep skin. And for an animal lover like me, it’s comforting knowing that no animal was harmed in the production of these boots. The boots are very well made and run true of size in both length and width. I ordered my typical size and I can wear these boots with socks. To wear them with thick, woolen winter socks, I’d advise sizing up half a size to allow more room. The boots have a heavy-duty hidden zipper on the outside and snap closures at the top on both sides to assist with easy on/off. I have a high instep yet they are no trouble for me to put on and take off. I’m a short person and the boots hit me about an inch or two above my ankles as depicted. The sole is a bit over an inch thick with a lot of traction. I like that it adds a little height to my stature without looking like a platform or feeling bulky and heavy. These boots are incredibly comfortable to wear thanks to the faux fleece lining. They are not too heavy but not what I consider lightweight either. When I ordered them, they were $79.99. At the time of this review, they are priced at $49.99 with a coupon that brings them to less than $45 which is about a quarter of the price of the famous brand. I wasn’t sure what to expect from these boots. Admittedly I own 2 pairs of the name brand boots but not this style. Both of them were given to me as gifts so I’m always concerned about ruining them. The one thing I don’t love about the name brand kind is that they have very little structure or traction on the bottoms. While they’re well made, I find that I limit wearing them to maintain that fit and firmness. I was actually really impressed with these snow boots. I’m not sure that they’re waterproof but I wouldn’t really wear these out in a New England storm anyways. The way these are made are in my opinion, leaps and bounds above the name brand ones. They have much more structure to them yet without being too rigid. I absolutely love the style of these, as I said I don’t own any that are this height and the buttons are spectacular looking on the sides. I especially love that they have a zipper on the inside which I think will help maintain that structure through longterm wear. I think they run slightly big but with some thick winter socks that should be sufficient in making up the difference. They have excellent traction on the bottom which was something I made note of right away. My only “complaint” so to speak is that while I absolutely love the bottoms that go on each side, they seem to easily snap open, or in other words don’t appear to snap securely. I’m not sure there’s much of a fix for that other than maybe tightening them gently with pliers once snapped on. For the cost and quality of these shoes, I actually think they’re far better than the overpriced famous brand. I live in a state with pretty cold winters, and I hate when my feet get cold, so when I saw these boots I had to give them a try, and I'm glad I did. The outside of the boot is an attractive faux microfiber suede with an easy on/off zipper and snap, which makes putting the boots on and taking them off again very easy. I don't wear animal products so the faux suede material was a must. Because they're water repellent, they kept my feet dry even in the rain when I tested them out. It hasn't snowed yet but I feel pretty confident that these boots will keep my feet dry. The inner lining is made up of a thick layer of very soft faux fur that kept my toes toasty warm. There's a thick cushioned insole in the boot as well that is an extra layer of comfort. I've had multiple back and neck surgeries and have pins and plates along parts of my spine, so I absolutely have to have a good nonslip tread on my footwear, and wow, the tread on these boots is very thick with a good grip and pattern on the bottom, as you can see in my last photo. All in all, I'm very happy with my new boots and I'm very confident that they will be just what I need this winter. Read more

Boot looks great very warm but hate the snap at the top of the boot won't stay snapped I like to put the bottom of my joggers in boot can't do that in these also my socks are even to thick to keep it snapped tried just not snapping it but that looks stupid sticking out so I'm going to have to return a boot that looks really nice Read more
