I'm a 38C in the bust, and it's a little tight under the built in bra but nothing too bothersome. It fits like a large so it does run small. I got XL. I love that the pads are sewn in. I don't have to worry about them coming out in the wash. I would suggest washing this on gentle if you want this to last a long while. The material is slightly thin but not super thin which is what you want because you're wearing it under another shirt. It has a nice soft silky feel to it. Because of the material, I don't feel it's something you could wear by itself in the summer. It's the kind of material that shows your jelly rolls if you have any. It's a good length. I'm 5'8 in tall, and it comes to the top of my hips. I would love it to be even longer to show real good underneath most shirts, because I like the double shirt look. It will show just slightly under a regular T-shirt. I'm 56 years old and never wearing a bra again! The padding nice and thick in this. The straps are long enough too, which was always a problem with bras. If you are larger than 38C, this would probably be too tight. I would suggest trying the XXL. I has been using the tank top version of these instead of a bra. Saw the camis and thought I'd give them a try. Very happy I did because these are fantastic. Not too tight, fit great, and are very comfortable. Straps stay up. these are a little bigger than the tank top version, but still a great fit. I will be wearing these all summer under my tops. Foam cups don't move around and they wash up great in the washer. I have a long torso, and they cover me down to the hips. Support-wise, they're better than a bralette, but nothing like a sports bra or regular bra. But, the girls stay put, and they don't leave red marks on my body. I absolutely love this tank top. Bit of a back story why. I just had neck surgery and can’t really use my arms very well, because of that, forget a bra! This however I can get over my head and pulled down. It works great even under the thinest of t-shirts and is long enough to get tucked into my clothes easily enough. Runs on small size so it is hard to pull onto my 5' 110 pound frame. Yet, based on size chart, the medium would be too big in the bust. Also could be made a bit longer to tuck well into pants. I hand washed and hung to dry. Went to put one on this morning and the dread of pulling on it over my arthritic shoulders was to much to handle first thing in the morning. Read more

I bought these for my wife, who loves them best of several different camis and tanks I ordered for her to try. She particularly loves the integrated bra, which she says "offers a a decent bit of support" for her 36DD bust. She says the bra "offers great coverage" and "isn't bulky or artificial looking." It's "meant to cover and not enhance" the bust with no nipple protrusion. The bra is a foam type that conforms to her natural shape, and the edges of the bra are very hard to discern through the outer fabric. Below the bust, the middle portion is tailored nicely to set off her bust, without being so tight as to show a few extra pounds around the middle. This is definitely a cami that can be worn comfortably in public, being neither too stretchy / sexy nor looking like an undergarment, and the integrated bra takes care of both support and coverage. Today she wore it out on a 90-minute dog walk, when she got hot enough to take off her long-sleeve outer top. I ordered XL based on reviews, when she normally wears medium or large.
