Well, it's happened! I have officially found one of the best thigh high boots I've ever owned. Made by a company called FEETQUAKE store, I found these incredibly gorgeous thigh high boots in the color black and I was hooked. I loved the design with the string closure at the top, gives the boot that extra and I'm here for it. I ordered my normal size, and I would say these run true to size. The material is a faux suede leather and quite honestly telling the difference is so minimal, I find these to feel and look authentic. In terms of the comfort factor, I wore these throughout the mall following my two teens - and it was a LONG night- no issues whatsoever with these boots. Very comfortable and also, I would like to mention that in these blistering Iowa winter temperatures, these boots kept my feet warm and toasty throughout the night. This was another favorable aspect of these boots. Now in terms of the style- fashion aspect of these boots, they're simply sultry and eye catching to say the least. I had many compliments on the boots - do realize these are over the knee boots, with that I am 5'9 so the fit really worked out nicely. The top is giving and can be adjusted. I wouldn't say the top is "wide calf", so do take that into consideration. *Here are some features that you might want to consider: -Over the knee boots -Average opening at the top -Zipper on the inside which helps with putting the boot on/off -Faux Suede -Platform -chunky sole -Color options: offered in Black and also in Brown -Sizes range from 6-11 -Shaft circumferences: 15.5" All in all, I absolutely am thrilled with the way my new boots have turned out. You know when you find that "ONE" pair and decide that you're going to be wearing the boots SO much- well, yes these are those boots for sure. You can wear these with jeans, skirts, slacks, and also leggings. The versatility factor is excellent. I did not encounter any adverse findings, therefore- based on a positive experience wearing my new fab boots- I'm recommending these to other consumers gladly. I really love Feetquake's wild and out-there styles, so it was fun to try this much more classy and fashionable style of boot from this brand. I ordered a size 9 which fits true to size and quite comfortably, albeit perhaps a bit on the narrow side. The boors have a thick, somewhat platform looking bottom, but they don't really add much height. They are a little awkward in which to walk. The boots' fabric feels nice and is soft. However, the fabric is definitely not stretchy, as it is currently advertised. I have literally child-sized thin legs, amd the calves of the boots were wide on me, indicating they are probably a faurly normal size, but the tops of the boots are a bit tighter. The tops have a functional tightening tie, which actually did succeed at making the top of th ed boots fit me. However, due to my small frame, this adjustment made the legs balloon out and look silly. I think these are likely to fit other body types much better than me. Overall, the boots are sewn and constructed well, and I find them to be attractive. I appreciate the cozy material and functional drawstring at the top of the boots, but ultimately they just don't really fit my body well. I ordered these over-the-knee boots as a gift for my tall niece who wears a size 7 and said they fit her like a glove. True to size. She loves them and said she liked the faux suede fabric which felt like the real thing, and found the top string handy for adjustments. Other things she liked were the chunky platform-like souls that give them a very modern look. And with a lug-type soles, they offer good traction in the snow and she doesn't slide around in them like smooth bottom boots. Since she walks to work, this is a real plus! And they keep her feet warm she added! The zipper on the inside helps with putting the boot on and off. She said they look perfect with jeans and stretch pants, too. These are pretty cool, my teenaged daughter wore them to her best friend’s birthday party last night and loved them. They did look great on her, they definitely have a young vibe! The chunky platform soles were not my favorite, they looked so silly when I first opened them up, but when you put them on they look fantastic and the platform soles look perfect with the fabric thigh high part. These tie-closed at the back of the tops (at your thigh), and they are really comfortable. The quality is great, the shoe soles are sturdy and the fabric of the boots is strong and nice, I think these are a fantastic deal! Read more

The media could not be loaded. These boots are super cute and arrived well packaged. Unfortunately, they were too narrow for my feet to be comfortable. I do have a wider foot, but I can usually get away with standard-width boots — these felt noticeably tight. That said, there are a lot of things to like about them. The length is perfect; I’m 5’8” and they came a little over my knee, which looked great. The material feels soft, the soles are thick as pictured, and the lacing at the top is a nice touch to help hold them in place.
