I've never written a product review on Amazon, but I am so happy with this sweater that I had to! I honestly wasn't expecting much - I just needed a cheapie Christmas sweater for a party and I thought this one would be alright for one party. When I received it and tried it on I was immediately impressed. The image does not do the material justice - it is thick and warm and extremely soft, and it just looks really nice. I didn't want to take it off. I thought I'd just wear it once for a party, but I'll be wearing this a lot this winter, I think. :) And I love the style - a Christmas sweater hoodie?! Yes, please; and it's executed beautifully! As far as the way it fit: I'm 5'5" and about 100lbs, and though I am definitely a "Small" I usually wear sweaters in size "Medium" (I like sweaters big and cozy). But after reading some reviews I went with a "Small" and I'm very, very happy with the fit - totally true to size. It strikes the right balance between cozy and fitted. One note: in the picture, it looks like the bottom of the sweater is loose and "hangs," but the bottom of my sweater is snug/stretchy, and sort of hugs my hips - I'll attach a picture when I have one to illustrate. I’ve never owned a Christmas sweater and didn’t want to spend a lot. This sweater exceeds my expectations. It’s pretty, warm, not very scratchy, and washes nicely (don’t put it in the dryer, though). I’m 5’3” and 148 lbs, and ordered the large so I’d have room to wear a tee shirt underneath. It fits well, just a bit long in the body and sleeves (story of my life). It had an odd smell when it first came out of the package - I expect because of the material it's made of. Not a huge issue, as it wasn't chemical-like, and it went away with airing out. I didn't even notice the smell after wearing it for a while. It's a great sweater overall; the print goes all the way around, and the fit is perfect - slightly boxy, very appropriate for this style of sweater, but not too much so. The weight is also great - a true, thick sweater, but not so thick that you can't wear a layer underneath. It looks perfect with jeans! Read more

This sweater rocks! Purchased for an ugly sweater Christmas party, thinking I'd wear it once but I love it and I'll probably wear it all winter. It's good quality, especially at this price. It's incredibly soft and warm and the colors are vibrant. I haven't washed it yet, but I'm assuming like all synthetic sweaters, it'll pill over time, so I plan to put it in the hand wash cycle and dry flat. One word of caution - it's a bit on the smaller side. I'm a 5'7'', usually dress size 8-10, strong, thick athletic arms and shoulders and a larger chest (34DD). I'd normally wear a medium in most tops and sweaters but I bought a large in this, thinking maybe I'd wear it oversized to this holiday party with fun leggings. BUT, this fits me like a normal sweater so go up in size if you're unsure or between sizes. If you're a busty lady, I'd definitely go up. Great purchase! Read more

Listen. I got the green one with the hood and the color is beautiful, and it's as pictured. I hate how people describe how off or close the color is without telling what color they purchased. Dumb. Anyway... This fair isle sweater is everything and for only $20?! Come on, who could not want this. The quality is better than I expected as it's pretty thick and the size is about right. I'm 5'9, 140 lbs and I purchased the small. Finally, a sweater long enough for my torso. Ladies (and gentlemen too because you should wear whatever you want), get this sweater! I got a lot of compliments on it when I wore it to work one day. It was so cute, they didn't even notice that it was not appropriate attire for my office! Win! I just found out we are wearing ugly Christmas sweaters at our work Christmas party this year. I went on line and found this one. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that was a joke. I think this design is actually quite classy.....and unusual. With a pair of black pants and some glittery stud earring I think it will be an eye catching ensemble. It is cotton, light weight and soft. The seams are not sewn with plastic thread. (Ever have a sweater like that? Wow, talk about uncomfortable!) I bought a medium. I'm 5 foot 2 and the sleeves are just right on me, as is the length. Take that into consideration if you are taller. Also, the neck line is a bit scooped which is nice. I hate crew necks that choke me. I will look nice and be comfortable! Who can ask for more than that? Read more

It's a nice, heavy sweater but the pictures are beyond misleading in regards to color. I ordered the red one and not kidding, it looks ORANGE. Also, that stitching that appears to be black is actually green, which only enhances further this rusty burnt orange color of my new carrot sweater. lol Over all it's a pretty sweater. It's just the shade of so called "red" compounded by the green that makes it seem so burnt orangey colored. Btw this sweater can be worn inside out if you don't mind the "ugly" stitching on the sides of it. It almost looks better that way, colors considered anyway. (It flips the color scheme) It's way overpriced in my opinion considering Mall sweaters are not only half the cost, but of equal or better quality, but if you order it from Chinese merchants it's approx half the price too so I guess the trade off would be the wait for shipping Read more
