I'm 5'2" and have had 3 c-sections. My body, and belly, are NOT what they once were! Too often, when buying plus size panties, they make them more wide, but the leg holes are too small (I have thick thighs too), and the top just flips down run under my mom belly. Do you have any idea how annoying that is, especially if I'm trying to grocery shop? I don't want to have to wear suspenders to keep my undies where they should be, nor should I have to snip certain areas to allow for circulation. So I thought screw it, I'm getting maternity panties. Well, nothing was in stock, and then I'm started searching high waisted panties and found these. I am ALWAYS skeptical of sizing when ordering online, so I sized up to a 3x just to be "safe". I washed them as soon as they arrived (cold/delicate cycle and then dried with the lowest heat setting). Finally tried them today and mannn..where have these been for the past 20 years? They don't suffocate any part of me, but they DO feel like they support my tummy a bit, which is nice. They STAY where they're supposed to stay. No flipping down, no wedgies thus far, no tight thigh opening. They're smooth and soft and I just (maybe weirdly) feel more confident and pretty knowing that I'm wearing them. I also appreciate the decorative waistband on the front, to give the appearance of wearing a pretty, lacy panty, but no actual itchy, easy to rip lace.
