I'm 5"4 160 pounds. I ordered a medium in beige. Fits perfect! Hit just below the button on high waisted pants. I'm 55 yrs old so I don't want my stomach showing lol! The sleeves hit right above my knuckles which is fine for colder days. I can cuff the sleeves to change the look. The color is a very light beige which I think is very pretty. I live in California so I don't need a really thick sweater. This one isn't very heavy, just light enough for the cooler 60-70 degrees weather. I like that the cable knit isn't in the back. I prefer the smoothness in the back so it's doesn't look bulky. Perfect for layering when needed. Fabric is soft and comfortable. Love the collar and neckline. Perfect sweater, totally recommend! This is such a cute and stylish cropped sweater. The cable knit is very beautiful and the beige color is a great neutral that coordinates with pretty much everything in my wardrobe. This is a semi cute shorter (I don't consider the length of this cropped? It hangs directly above my jeans top button, so...) pull over. The sleeves are a good length, enjoyable as I do like a lengthy sleeve on my casual weekend sweaters. Lightweight, must say it does feel acrylic and it should? It's 100% acrylic no doubt about it. The pattered in front? Does not carry to the back, now most often this does not bother me, however? In a cable pattern as this bears? I personally think it makes any sweater look less classic without the cable carrying a full pattern, back to front. Just my preference, I am sorry I did not notice this before ordering. The large is a bit TOO much so, at least I think for a cropped especially. Too wide through the middle as the portion from the bottom to the top of my jeans as aforementioned, does not have the "hit" in distinguishing the effect even of maintaining the cropped "look". I guess it is just wrong for me in several ways, but does not mean so for anyone else. I would suggest that if you want the cropped hit, without the pullover being bunchy? I would size down one, its stretchable throughout the top? I have a rather large upper, and I KNOW I could have gone down a size and been fine. It just appeared differently to me than I am sure it might look to others. The collar again "to me" is really "too much". It does NOT appear as it is shown, or perhaps it just does not appear as it seems on ME. But the collar is strangely set back a bit, and stays that way? If that makes any sense, but I will say I think if you know? You do know of what I am describing. But my experience, or perception is not everyones, only mine. This sweater is comfortable, and roomy. Nice long sleeves. Cute collar/ v neck and shorter bottom. Dress up or down. Layerable. Light- to-mid weight. Plenty warm. Probably best worn untucked.
