I bought the red boots based on positive reviews and needed for Halloween costume . Well I received today - super quickly - and can tell you everyone is right. These boots are remarkably well made and comfortable. I must have comfortable shoes because I have bad feet and ankles. I can’t even bend my foot into some boots but these work. I will be wearing these with regular outfits they look so good! Thinking now about buying the other colors. Read more

Because these reproduction boots are made of something gross like polyurethane, they were not at all comfortable when I tried them on. They don't conform to your feet as you wear them; your feet have to conform to them. Nope!!! One of the grommets used to lace the boot up wasn't installed correctly. If you buy these, you might want to be sure to really check them over carefully before you wear them out to make sure they are properly constructed. The color was beautiful, a rich camel as was the shape and design but the bottom line for me was they were constructed of man-made materials which means my feet could not breathe and they probably would have worn my feet in ways that would not have been good long-term so I returned them. On Etsy I found a vendor that will make find leather boots to fit my measurements at a very reasonable price. That's what I decided to pursue because these boots will last a long time and they will not hurt my feet. Read more
