This was a great buy for me. It fits really well and looks good worn at a comfortable cinch or it can be tight laced for a more severe hourglass effect. The boning is super strong and it holds its shape really well. The fabric lends itself well to a more casual look (as casual as you can get in a corset I suppose). Very cute and I like it, but there isn't any steel boning in this - front and back busks are steel, but the boning is nonexistent. I own a number of real steel-boned corsets and 2 "fashion" (plastic boning) corsets, and there's a difference in their weight and flexibility - a real steel-boned and steel busk corset would not bend or flex the way this one does. All that aside, it is cute, comfortable, and works great as a corset belt for when I want the look of a waspie with less fuss. This waist cincher of the highest quality. The boning in the sides are very stiff, and the mesh breathable. I love the fact that it can be hooked together in the front and tied in the back. There's a lot of versatility in this product. I found many waist censure's, but this one is by far some of the highest quality I have experienced.
