This is my first time ordering boots from AHZEHRSE. Hmmmmm….. I truly thought they were GENUINE LEATHER. I’m disappointed that they are NOT. Product Details describes boot as— “Outer Material: Leather. “ It truly upsets me that thousands of sellers are allowed to use that word loosely as it is misleading to those of us desiring to purchase genuine leather boots. Likely, sellers can lose $$$$ on sales because Vegans will bypass the cute boot page thinking it is real leather. Under the About This Item section— Paragraph 2 states “Crafted from high quality, genuine leather…” The boot is definitely NOT GENUINE leather. I own a lot of leather boots like the fry ones sold on Amazon which sadly my FRYE boots (purchased elsewhere) have seen better days. Due to inflation, they now cost triple what they were a few years ago so I can’t afford to drop almost $400 on Amazon FRYE boots. I keep looking at them hoping they go on a good sale for Christmas! Anyways, I ordered these thinking they could temporarily replace my genuine leather FRYE boots however they do not suffice. The material is very THIN 😱 and very plastic looking but is pliable. It does not look like the best quality material to use for vegan leather boots. They are a super cute trendy style and the calf width is perfect. If you have wide calves these would work, but of course check their measurements page. Well, even for slim long legs it actually looks cute. It’s kind of the trend for the boots to be wider than your legs anyways. (Oversized trend!) The bottom of the boots have the globally recognized shoe industry sticker that shows the images depicting Vegan leather. They are VERY tight and fit like a size 7. I wear 71/2-8 but choose 8 in boots so that I can wear soft warm socks. My feet are 9 1/2” in length, these are way too tight without socks on! Oh no! I wore them to take pic and they (sole) make strange popping sounds ?! What the heck. Also, there is residual shoe glue smeared all over one of the boots above the heel! 😱 terrible quality! I’m not able to change the stars but this should not have any stars period. I don’t think my boots looks as sturdy as the ones in the sellers photos, they are just too thin causing slouchiness and sloppiness. They are so thin that they were boxed in a high heel shoe box. I have never received a pair of boots that fit into a high heel shoe box! That’s just an indication of how thin the faux leather material is! Mainly it is the calf (or shaft) material that is so thin. The rest of the boot is actually durable looking and well crafted. The chunky heel is super comfy and a cute style. This boot needs some improvement before it can receive five stars from me, I am sorry. I removed one star for thinness and plastic feel. I should remove another star for the claim that it is genuine leather, but perhaps it was a mistake on the data entry employee? Keep the style, I love it! Just please upgrade the shaft fabric to a thicker, more durable and realistic, faux leather. These boots are not a value for my money and I am sorry to say I cannot recommend them at this time. True to Size! I typically wear a size 10 or 11 depending on the shoe. I have wide flat feet and that is typically why I have to order a size 11. I ordered a size 10 and they fit me perfectly. They are easy for me to slide on and off which surprises me because there isn’t any kind of zipper on the ankle or calf of the boot to put them on. I stand all day for work so often times my ankles get swollen and I had no issues whatsoever getting them on and taking them off. They are comfortable to wear with the perfect amount of short heal. Bought these boots as a review item and then gift them to a niece. The quality of these Cowboy boots is simply not there. The material is clearly not leather. I made a photo of the sellers description. I was able to verify fake materials at bootstraps and heel where the fake (not leather) material was not even glued together. These boots are not made to last. Save your money (price in the photos) and buy something better. The price paid is not worth this disappointing product. Read more
