I am actually surprised by the negative reviews for these Anygresst Wide Leg Pants because they are truly great. As someone who is 5’2” and 149 lbs, the medium fits me perfectly. While they look cropped on the model, they come right to the tops of my feet without touching the floor on my shorter frame, giving me a lovely full-length look. I have recently gained about 20 lbs due to health issues and was feeling quite anxious about having nothing flattering to wear for the holidays, but these pants changed that completely. The high waist hides my bloated tummy comfortably without any pulling or sagging. The black color is a perfect wardrobe staple that pairs beautifully with all my holiday sweaters. Even though the fabric isn't stretchy, it drapes comfortably and does not hug any bulges, which makes me feel very confident. They are as comfortable as wearing a pair of pajama bottoms, yet they have a nice sheen that makes them look elevated and put together for a party. I would highly recommend steaming out the wrinkles to get the best look, but for the price of $14.99, the value is unbeatable. These pants are just okay. The material is very slippery and the overall quality isn’t the best, but they are comfortable enough for lounging. I’ll definitely wear them around the house, but they’re not something I’d dress up or go out in. Good for comfort, not great for quality. Read more
My wife and I are split on these. I really like them and she's not so hot on them. Basically the sticking point is the price for us. The "value" is just not there at the current price. The material feels very strong, but honestly, it's a bit too thin. Strong, yet thin. You can see through them a little bit. Great for lounging around the house in, I would think. Not sure if I'd want to wear them out in public. They hang off of my wife like some sort of macabre stocking on an evil elf, but weirdly enough, they fit me perfectly. Neither of us are big fans of the legs being hugely wide. I may end up being the one to wear these around the house. The material is kind of coarse, but I've had materials like this before, and it will soften up over time and become a favorite piece of clothing, I am sure. It does have a little bit of a sheen. It is not coarse looking, like jogging pants. The drawstring is very strong--it feels more like a shoelace. It's not one of those cheap drawstrings that break when you tighten them up.
