I'm not going to lie: the $35 price tag for a pair of lounge pants gave me serious pause. That seems excessive for something I intend to wear while watching Netflix. However, my inner critic was silenced the moment I tried these on. These are the definition of comfy AF. The velvet is super high quality, and the softness and comfort are genuinely superior. The attention to fabric quality is impressive—even the pockets are velvet, which is a small but necessary luxury. Since receiving them, I’m ashamed to admit I've been wearing them about four days a week. I was thrilled with the fit. As someone who is 5'3" and 180lbs, I can attest that these fit amazing. They are flattering, not clingy, and the drape of the wide-leg fabric gives them a gorgeous look that actually elevates them above typical sweatpants. The price is still high for a pair of elastic-waist trousers, but given how much I actually wear them and the high level of fabric quality, I have to concede that they are worth the money. I got these for my wife and she really likes them. She said they are soft and velvety. The fit was as expected , not to short/long and loose enough to be comfy. Personally I thought the outside felt a little weird, almost like all the little fibers were exactly the same length, and that made it feel strangely artificial. Got these for my wife as she’s always looking for comfy pants to wear around the house so my feedback is based on her comments. I love the color. However, I don't know that I love the fit since they are tighter in the bum than I would have hoped. I got a size small, which normally works for anything branded 'loose fit' but I probably should have sized up. The length is okay (I'm 5'5" for reference). These pants look even better in person than they do in the photos. The velvet has a rich color and sheen, and while we were worried they might attract lint, that hasn't been an issue at all. They're lightweight but not flimsy, perfect for lounging or dressing up a casual outfit. I was looking for a pair of comfy lounge pants that weren't sweatpants or yoga pants to wear this winter and possibly to travel with. Enter these comfy, stretchy and soft pair of pants! These pants run very true to size and with a very generous fit. I sized up and wished I had not. If you get your usual size they will be plenty comfortable because of the way they're cut. They are high waisted and they flow over and around your curves in a flattering way. There is a lot of room in the seat and legs as well as around the waist. The white cotton drawstring is sturdy and made to last and the elastic waist feels substantial. This polyester velour fabric has a medium weight to it, it's not too light, not too heavy, it feels just right. It feels warm and cozy and not too thin or cheap. They arrived a little creased toward the bottom but it's not very noticeable and will fall out easily. I anticipate they will travel well in a suitcase and not crease and wrinkle too much on trips.
