There’s fur lining throughout and will keep your feet quite warm and toasty especially now that the weather is getting cold and frosty. They’re lightweight and comfortable and the top has an adjustable velcro strap making it easy for a senior citizen or someone with limited dexterity to “tie” their shoe. They just slip their foot in and velcro the strap - no bothersome shoelaces! If you have a wider foot or if you think you’ll wear thicker socks, I would suggest possibly sizing up for comfort.
