65% acrylic and 35% wool makes for a warm and non-shrinking, gorgeous leg warmer. I honestly could almost, not love these more. Beautiful color palette and the perfect length for my super long legs. They are incredibly soft, comfortable and warm. They fit like they were tailored for me. I am on the heavier side, but have always had ridiculously skinny calves. So excited to find these. I especially love the extended knit cuff at the bottom. The tops do feel a bit loose, so I may go ahead and add a couple stitches to tighten them up. Unfortunately, they do have a bit of a funky chemical smell, (NOT lanolin), so I will definitely be hand washing them in a gentle detergent once or twice before I wear them. There was not a lot of care taken on the inside seam that runs up and down the back, and there are a lot of loose and frayed yarn threads. I'm probably going to go ahead and throw these on my sewing machine and do a quick surge stitch. Overall, for the price versus quality, I will give these 4 stars. If they were any more expensive than the current listing price of $11.99 USD, I would probably dock another star or two. Then there is also that funky chemical smell. As it is, I don't mind adding a little reinforcements to them & giving them a couple of washes, as the price was very affordable...especially for a wool blend product. Read more
