The fit is according to size, but if you want a loose fit sized up. The length is to the waist but when you move it could show your belly button. It’s cheaply manufactured particularly in the straps seams. The fabric quality it’s not great and it’s a little see through. I bought it to wear them underneath my blazers and do the work.
