This sleeveless cardi fits true to size, length comes to where my hips end, it is soft and well made, feels heavy but it’s not too warm. This is a very nice knitted vest. I purchased an XL and it fits my 45" - 42" - 47" frame nicely. I am 5' 3.5" tall and it falls just below my hips. If your looking for a dressier vest, this is the one. I would purchase another color. Read more
