I have a bone bruise and stress fracture of the Tibia along with a torn meniscus. These injuries have made it very painful to sleep as the smallest movement is excruciating if not specifically managed. I bought this sleeve hoping it would alleviate the pain even a little and it was amazing. My pain overnight went from a level 8 to a level 3. So grateful. Read more

These compression sleeves are nice. The compression is comfortably tight. I wore them for the first day and felt a considerable difference. There was no pain when I took them off to go to bed. It was the first night I had a good night's sleep in a long time. I highly recommend them for anyone with knee pain. Read more

The knee sleeves fit well and are comfortable. The problem with them is, as I walk they slide down my legs and bunch up. I had to readjust them several times a day. Read more

They feel good while wearing them at night and they feel like they provide needed extra support while walking and climbing stairs etc. My only complaint is that they do not stay up above my knee very long during walking and during other exercise. Read more

I mostly have patellar tendonitis but there may be more going on (I need to schedule an orthopedic evaluation). However, I do know that compression sleeves work well for me. The concept of using natural bamboo fiber bamboo fiber interested me, so I though I'd give them a try and compare them to my normal knee compression sleeves. Overall, they were fairly comfortable and stayed up well, but they were a bit too tight. I measured at the lower end of a "Large" range so I ordered a pair of large thinking they would fit well. Perhaps I should have sized up to an Extra Large, but that seemed to be excessive, given their suggested size ranges. I wore them in combination with calf high 15-20 Hg compression socks and that seemed to be a good combination. I first wore them around the house for two days and them took them them out for a 7-mile hike on a warm but not hot California summer day. I was impressed by how well they stayed up and paired well with the calf-high compression socks. I'm evaluating several compression sleeves and socks for an upcoming 200-mile Camino hike in Spain. While I thought these performed well, I'll probably stick with my original compression sleeves because they are not as tight and and will probably perform better on day after day long 10-15 mile hikes.
