The actual product DOES NOT come with a video instruction. You Tube has the entire workout AND BEST OF ALL, HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE EQUIPMENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TUBE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURER FOR ASSEMBLY. Anway, A+ for machine as a home product for workouts, i am very pleased that i purchased this. Actually a remarkable, small piece of equipment, but powerful for strengthening legs, improving circulation and strength. It is an entire body workout. You Tube not only shows in detail how to assemble the equipment (very easy to do), but on the same site and video, all exercises. This is definitely a remarkable machine. Does so many things. Wonderful. Just go to You Tube punch in name of item, and not only easy assembly instructions, with detail, but a truly easy assembly. Best of all, machine remarkable. I use it every day, and for lower body, legs, circulation, etc., but this machine is a complete body workout, depdning on how one positions oneself on the machine. Just fabulous. After a lot of research and review digging, I purchased this Wonder Core machine to aide in my workout plan. I am disabled, but still take fitness very seriously - being 32 years old and hoping to have many more years to go. I suffer from disabilities in my neck, shoulder, ribs, lower back, and leg. I am able to use this machine daily, and due to its support, I have been able to achieve many more fitness goals than I imagined. It is designed to last, the stitching and mat are solid. It does not wobble, squeak, or slide around. The foam pieces are sturdy and do not move around during movement. Assembly was ridiculously easy, as is storage. You have the choice to add more or less tension, using the two knobs on the back side. It's nice to customize each arm, as one of my legs is much worse than the other. I can ease up on one half if I need to. The size is ideal for a broad range - I am 5'1, 118 lbs and have no problem. My husband is 6'0 and 220 and he has no problem either. He is able to use this machine daily as a big part of his own fitness journey. Since we both share the unit, switching tension settings is a breeze and takes only seconds to do. Included in the box is a manual guide for workouts. I love that there are multiple ways to use the Wonder Core - it's definitely not just for sit ups. You can get a whole body workout with just one piece of equipment. The only problem we have both had was doing push ups. There is no comfortable way to do them, we've each tried and it's super awkward. However, the other exercises were completely fine. It’s actually pretty decent. I use it 3:1 days and my core is strengthening. It full body workout system helps me target other areas like triceps and legs too. Perfect for a planned or random work out with ease. If it’s hard to consider working out because you can’t get up the resistance makes it easy to do more than you ever could have alone but it still is effective. Better than doing nothing. You will feel the abs soreness for a brief time. My body is changing. I’d rather use this than the weight loss meds along with half plate of salad each night. Read more

I really like this thing. I can do most of the core basic workouts without hitting the gym. The quality is also very nice. The steel is rugged and strong. I hope the spring inside lasts though I am kind of worried about that part. Read more
