I have tried a couple different ones by my back door and needed something larger, washer friendly, pet friendly, as we just got a puppy and my 2 year old carpet was started to get tracking spots from coming in and out so much from taking him out. It’s sooo soft! It’s laid flat instantly. It’s reminds be of a weighted blanket almost. The puppy has had a couple accidents on it and no leak through to my actual carpet. I wasn't sure what this rug would be like but I'm happy to say that I am pleasantly surprised. I got the 2x8 runner rug and it's so soft. It's thin, but that is to be expected. With that being said, I'm not complaining. The soft feel is really nice on feet and the non slip bottom is really nice on the hardwood floor. I was worried it would be slipping and sliding everywhere but so far it's stayed in place. If anyone was wondering, the pattern on the rug is a print. This rug is soft, cushy and beautiful. It really is a nice rung; however, you CAN NOT vacuum this rug with a Dyson V-11 vacuum cleaner. When trying to vacuum the rug with the motorized brush head, the brush head sucks up the rug and stops the motor. I have tried using the Eco power (Lowest power), raising the motor head to the highest level setting, but nothing works to keep the motorized brush head from sucking up the rug and stopping the motor. To vacuum I have to use the upholstery brush to try and clean it but that a pain in the *&$#. I'm not sure why ONLY this rug has a problem being vacuumed with the Dyson. All my other rugs do fine. Very flat rug, but I knew that going in. I have it inside the door the dogs use, and have a gripper under it. It does the job of collecting dirt, and the roomba has no trouble otherwise it. The dogs and cat like to lay on it, and it is soft. Our area is prone to fleas (south), so I wanted a mat that is easy to clean. Read more

This rug is beautiful, and it is non stick. Just one problem I have with it. We have a Dyson stick vacuum and it cannot vacuum this rug because its too thin and sucks it up. I'm not sure how other people vacuum it. Maybe they have a lower power vacuum or...? Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for that. Read more
