Cheap plastic, hard to get lid off, poor instructions
The instructions are very poorly written. I'm familiar with how it's supposed to work but it took a while to get the lid off to put the water in. You have to twist the lid to get it off and It's on way too tight. It's made of a cheap plastic and I was afraid of breaking the product just to get the lid off. Once I did it was almost just as hard to put it back on and again hard to twist off again. Then there is this white tube shaped filter that doesn't explain how to use it. Do you just place it in the water? I don't see anywhere else to put it. It was even hard to plug the cord in to turn it on. It lit up nicely but that's the only good thing I can say about it. I'm sure there are better products out there. I plan to return it and would not recommend it. Read more
