Before, I had to use the kitchen table and my mom kept telling me to clean it up, but now I have my own space. The top can tilt so I don’t have to bend my neck all the time, and that makes it way easier when I work on big puzzles. I spent two hours putting this thing together before realizing that the main puzzle board structure is cracked all the way through on both sides. The large interior drawer is also cracked and broken. I didn’t inspect every part before putting it together as most of it comes already assembled, but once I had nearly completed assembling it as instructed and turned it right side up, I saw the giant cracks in the interior drawer fell apart. Do not purchase – extremely poor quality. It remains to be seen how responses vendor is at helping me return it, since it is quite large, and it will be very difficult to pack it back in its original box. I also liked the idea of having a table that could tilt up, but the way this is built, you’d have to tilt it almost completely vertical in order to release the bracket inside that props it up. Therefore, unless you tilt it up prior to starting your puzzle, you’ll dump it on the floor if you try to tilt it up with the puzzle already in place. Also, although it is high adjustable, its lowest setting is still quite high, so the top of the board cannot be seen when seated on a standard height sofa or chair. Read more
The puzzle table was easy to put together. The instructions were simple to follow. I love the little storage drawers on the sides to place your pieces. It was nice that it came with a mat showing different puzzle sizes. It’s great that you can tilt the board so you can easily see. It even has a little shelf underneath to store extra puzzles. Although it's a great and very practical design, unfortunately, its quality isn't good, and the factory assembly is even worse. Several important pieces of the board are held together by simple, absurd little staples that definitely don't hold the joints well, and they come apart easily; they're already loose right out of the box. Furthermore, it arrived with defects in the wood from bumps and dents. I can assure you it wasn't the shipping fault because the box arrived in perfect condition. Only upon opening it and inspecting the pieces, which were covered by protective packaging, did I notice that the pieces had already been damaged during assembly or manufacturing. While these are minor defects, they don't justify the full price of this item. It should cost less, then. I'll have to reinforce it myself with screws, nails, and corner pieces to fix this poor job of joining the wooden pieces, because the process of returning it will be even more complicated than having to repair it myself. Great concept. Top arrived damaged. New one sent, second one was warped, but i kept it anyways. Haven't been able to use tilt as the puzzles i have dont fit that way. I have sanded the top as the pieces get caught up. The felt has permanent fold and is garbage. Read more
