Ever since I hit puberty, I've had oily skin. If I didn't take two showers a day and wash my face, I'd break out in acne. However, many products that are designed for removing oil are too potent and can make your face react and give you acne anyway. Woody's didn't do this to me, but does a great job of leaving my face feeling clean and oil-free without feeling like I just washed with some crazy chemicals. Plus, the stuff doesn't smell like anything which I love. (Personally, I hate perfume-laden cleaners) PROS - Strong. I only need a small dab (around half an inch) to wash my face and beard - Removes odors from my beard like nothing else. Yes, even cigar smell. - Great for people with oily skin, and completely eliminated all my back acne. CONS - STRONG - don't leave on your skin for more than 2 minutes, or it will dry you out terribly. - Hard to find locally. Overall, my favorite body wash. I've been using this for years and occasionally my wife uses it too because it smells good and lathers great (It's still a masculine smell just fresh and citrusy) I used to use it as a reward after a workout but eventually decided to make it my daily shower gel because I feel a lot cleaner when I use this vs. stuff like axe, old spice, or cremo (cremo is still pretty nice but this is better). I've never really used it for shampoo often so I can't tell you much about that, except to say my hair didnt all fall out or turn green or somesuch. Read more

Used for the first time today. Works great and it does have a great scent but there's not much "lingering" scent after my shower. Cleaned well, later OK (not great) but I like the product and will most likely purchase again. Price was very reasonable for the two tubes which were (thankfully) larger than I expected. Read more
