If you’ve ever hesitated to toss your favorite silk blouse or wool sweater into the wash, this liquid laundry detergent is here to calm your nerves. I recently gave it a try, and I have to say, it’s been a delightful surprise. The first thing that caught my attention was its hypoallergenic formula, perfect for someone like me with sensitive skin. No more itchy troubles or worries about harsh chemicals—this detergent promises and delivers a gentle clean. One of the standout features of this detergent is how it preserves the look and feel of my clothes. Even after several washes, my delicate fabrics like wool and silk look as vibrant as the day I bought them. There’s no fading, shrinking, or stretching, which is often a concern with other detergents. It’s a relief to know I can maintain the quality of my clothes without sacrificing cleanliness. Another unexpected benefit is its versatility. Whether I’m handwashing a single item or using my machine for a larger load, this detergent gets the job done efficiently. I love that it works in both regular and high-efficiency washers, so I don’t have to switch products depending on the load. Plus, with no bleach, phosphates, or enzymes, I feel good knowing I'm making a safer choice for my clothes and the environment. Overall, this gentle laundry detergent is a must-have for anyone who cherishes their delicate garments. It’s a small bottle, but it goes a long way—perfect for about eight loads. It’s comforting to have a reliable option that keeps my clothes looking fresh and feeling soft, wash after wash. Read more

Woolite works wonderfully. I hand-wash my cashmere sweater in cold water, soak for 30 minutes before gently pressing out the water. Then, I rinse under cool running water for 30 minutes to remove any remaining detergent. To dry, I lay the sweater flat on a clean towel and let it air-dry naturally, away from sunlight or heat. I shake up the sweater occasionally to prevent wrinkles in the process. The result is impressive — the cashmere came out soft, fluffy, and as good as new. After doing extensive research on pricier options, I decided to stick with this classic, affordable choice, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Read more

I bought this Woolite Delicates Hypoallergenic detergent because I needed something gentle for my hand-washable delicates — and I’m really glad I found it. What Works Really Well: • The formula is very soft on skin and hands, which is perfect when I’m hand washing delicate items. • It’s made for delicate fabrics — wool, silk, cashmere, satin, and more — and doesn’t cause stretching, shrinking, or fading. • No harsh chemicals: there’s no bleach, phosphates, or enzymes, which gives me confidence that I’m not damaging my delicate garments. • My delicate pieces come out clean without losing their shape or softness. Some Considerations: • Because it’s designed to be gentle, it’s not meant for very tough stains — but for delicate garments, that’s ideal. • Make sure to rinse thoroughly when hand washing, as leftover detergent can build up if not rinsed well. Overall: This is exactly what I was looking for: a trusted, gentle detergent that’s safe for both my delicate clothing and my skin. I’ll definitely keep repurchasing. Read more

I was reacting to detergent-sheets suddenly (like many allergic reactions) so I have resorted to plastic bottles again ☹️At least this is a trusted brand and has a very pleasant light fragrance. It is readily available in stores also. Read more
