I have had hundreds of dollars in mattress pads only to wind up getting poke by feathers!! This one omg I am in love with it...mine is a king. I bought my sister a queen, it's that good. Thank you to the UK for making such a wonderful product. I can't hardly wait to get the king pillows being shipped. #sweetdreams Read more

I have a king mattress and this is really baggy on it. It is comfortable and seems to be of good quality but there isn't much wool used it is simply a barrier it does not add cushion and it isn't advertised to. I just wish it fit better especially at this price point. To be absolutely fair I have not compared this to any other king mattress topper, so maybe I'm just nitpicking. 4 stars because it isn't made in China like everything else. Read more

Never thought a WOOL mattress pad would bring us cooling comfort. Googled this subject a lot, read all the reviews, and found WOOLROOM is a highly-regarded manufacturer. Liked buying it from Amazon for easy return if we didn't like it after 30 days but six weeks later it definitely works for us. Fits our standard king mattress perfectly. I never thought we'd spend this much for a mattress protector, for goodness sakes, but we're glad we did. Expensive - very - but worth every penny not to wake up sweating. Read more

We have a king Avocado mattress with the pillow top. It is a BIG mattress that requires a 16" pocket on fitted sheets. This mattress protector is baggy on our mattress, but i guess it's better than being too small. While I would have preferred a snugger fit, if you work at it you can pull the edges tighter and it works ok. I'm very happy with the feel and quality of the mattress pad. Read more

In my seemingly endless search to find the most comfortable sleep arrangements, I think I've finally found a clue to the answer. For the tl;dr readers: This quilted woolen mattress pad is a Goldilocks element that allows a wonderful balance of temperatures. We went from either too warm or too cold, to just right at all times. It also offers just enough softness to ease pressure points, while retaining the support of the mattress (e.g., not too thick). Regarding the fit on mattress - ROTATE 90 degrees. Fits fine. For those seeking details: To set the scene - I've invested in a quality med-firm wrapped-coil mattress and regularly use an all-weather down comforter/duvet. I've tried multiple mattress pads and toppers of different materials and thicknesses, seeking to add a hint of softness to the mattress without impacting the support (avoided pillow top, as they flatten and become lumpy or indented). I've tested numerous variations of mattress toppers, comforters, and blankets only to end up with an inconsistent experience - unable to reliably regulate temperatures. Foam toppers, by nature of the material, degrade and flatten, don't breathe, and retain heat and pressure in undesired ways. Latex toppers are expensive, heavy, don't breathe, and don't retain warmth when desired. Additionally, even the softer ones can be so firm they don't allow the material to gently conform to pressure-sensitive spots (e.g., hip, knee, shoulder, etc.). I've tried nearly everything I could find on the market of differing price points and materials, even others like cottons and poly-blends, without success. As a fan of natural materials, and long-time wearer of wool socks, I know well that wool can aid thermal comfort. It being antimicrobial is a huge bonus. Even so, one typically knows wool to be "warm" and "insulating." Given that, I approached this wool mattress topper with a healthy dose of skepticism. To put it simply: I'm in love. From the very first night, it's been wonderful. Temps feel cozy-comfie - not too hot or cold. It added that bit of extra softness needed to no longer feel those tender pressure-points upset or aching in the morning. And it pairs phenomenally well with my down comforter. This mattress topper has been the exact element I was missing to reach that perfect level of cozy. It's admittedly made getting out of bed a delightful new challenge. P.S. Regarding droopy fits or odd lengths hanging-over the edges of the mattress: ROTATE THE TOPPER 90 DEGREES. Mine came with the tag attached in the wrong corner and it fits perfectly fine when adjusted. Here's to great sleep! Read more

Perfectly good product, as described. But, it's very deep. Mine hangs over the mattress a lot and has to be tucked in. Read more
