Best insoles for plantar and flat feet
Bought these almost half a year ago just because I have no arches and my ankles roll in so thought they would help. They sure do help with supporting my ankles and feeling like a cloud, but little did I know i’d get plantar fasciitis this week and walking would feel like spikes on my heels. I forgot I had these insoles in a pair of my shoes, but I decided to wear them yesterday for the first time since my feet have been in pain and it made a HUGE difference. I can actually walk for more than 5 minutes without feeling extremely uncomfortable.
