These replica drive caddies are perfect for your server. Check the compatibility list and make sure you measure your drive bay, you'll be good to go. These look exactly the same as the Dell part and fit well, as expected, and were very easy to install. I liked that they included extra screws as one fell into the ventilated floor as they tend to do. I only wish they included more of the plain white stickers, it's only 2 white stickers and 2 of the gray stickers per caddy, and ball point pen does not work on the gray sticker. High quality durable construction, screw holes all lined up perfectly for both the 2.5" SSDs and the R240 hot-swap cradles. One thing to note: When placing the 2.5 SSD in the adapter, you need to push firmly to seat the SSD into the SATA connector on the adapter. If the screwholes don't appear to be lining up, push harder. This is clearly not a manufacturing issue, rather the cradle is designed to grab and firmly retain the SSD, probably even without the screws. Came with screws and a little screwdriver as well.
