When I received the product it was packed very nicely in a box protected and nice layers of foam. Upon pulling the product out from the box it was intact with no issues. The world's best boss coffee mug is great for many things and for lots of different reasons. It's a great design for what I will use it for. (Yes not just coffee). The graphic on the mug seems very well applicated. I first see no major issues in washing drying or dishwasher this is a comparable size to any regular coffee cup. The product ships in layers of foam that keep it protected. The product looks exactly like the picture. It's a little smaller than the normal coffee cup I'm used to. I added one from my cupboard to provide some contrast. The price point seems about right for this product given the novelty printing is on two sides. I don't know why it took me so long to get a mug like this. I finally decided to get this for my boss. Every Office really does need one! The mug is the classic size and shape for the perfect morning coffee. Its easy to clean by hand or in the dish washer.
