The adhesive works great and sticks to the shower walls tightly. It is decently covered up by the caddy itself so you can’t tell it’s not drilled in unless you look closer. The caddy itself seems durable and sturdy. Can hold up a good amount of products and unlike many other Amazon products that come with some sort of scratch or uneven welding/damaged/loose parts, these came clean without any visible damage or scratching if I remember correctly.
