Bought this for my friend in 2 sizes because she had lost weight and likes to wear blouses open over a tshirt in public. She is 5"6" and 150 lbs, normally a size 12. The large was too large and the medium was perfect--shoulder, sleeve length, and shirt length. Washes and dries on low beautifully, and travels well with few wrinkles, even in a full suitcase.
