Installation was a snap except that the diameter of the holes in my vanity deck tiles were not quite large enough. I new it might be tight, but it was impossible so I had to drill out new diameter holes. The deck surface is covered with ceramic tiles. I went to HomeDepot and bought a hole saw which is also sold on Amazon, but I did not have time to wait for the delivery. On Amazon see: QEP 10569Q 1-3/8" Diamond Hole Saw with Water Delivering System. This saw and its guide/water mechanism was awesome. It cut through the tile like a hot knife through butter. Problem solved. My total deck thickness was a little too much so I had to go under the sink and use a large conventional hole saw to create recesses in the under-deck ply board to reduce the thickness in order to increase the amount of faucet and spigot protruding below the deck. These were not the faucet manufacturers issues, they were part of my specific challenges, but I thought I would pass them on if others should run into similar problems. The diamond hole saw was a life saver for me. Once I met my local hurdles, the faucet was very easy to install. It has been in about one week. No leaks. Looks great and I love the ceramic washer system which shuts the water off positively with no heavy turning required to compress conventional soft washers. It has a very nice aerator that produces a finely aerated water stream that I suppose reduces water consumption too. For the price it is a great value. Read more

This faucet is a great purchase. I needed to replace a bathroom faucet and was unwilling to pay the ridiculous price that stores charge for faucets. I found this one and it checked all of the boxes for me and was substantially cheaper than name brand faucets in stores. It was extremely easy to install and came with everything needed for the installation. The design is great and the handles move easily and are very functional. The connections are tight and there is no leaking or even a worry about leaks. The finish is high quality and will not chip or ruin without abuse. Highly recommend Read more

I love the quality of this product. The installation was very easy. I did it myself. If you do not have too much of old gunk blocking your old pipes, then this one is an easy install. Honestly My husband was shocked that I installed it without his help. So I would totally recommend this product. Read more

Looks great, works well, no leaks, easy to clean since there are not a lot of nooks and crannies. There was a problem with the cold handle on one of the two faucets. It did not have a hard stop in the closed position. I contacted the customer support and they sent a new handle with a short turnaround time and no hassle. Very happy with this purchase. Read more

Install was simple. One of our sinks needed a 32" supply line instead of the included 24", which I was able to order separately. Read more

It's been over a month and we've had no problems with this faucet. I think the stylish handles are what drew me to this one. We've had a lot of problems with name brand faucets in the recent past, so I'm quite happy with the quality and style of this 'off-brand.' Not crazy about the drain though, but my sink happens to be sloped enough that it's not too big of a deal, although I'm thinking about purchasing a different one. Water pressure is great, and that saying a lot from California. Didn't hear my husband complain about install, except for that he wished it came with plumbers putty. Otherwise no issues or I'm sure I would have heard about it. I'll be purchasing another one for my guest bathroom next. Read more
