I fell & landed nearly full weight on my wrist. I picked these up since they were inexpensive & for the price, they really do the job. I like that they don’t fully restrict movement since they are flexible & still somewhat allow you to do your day-to-day tasks (which might not be good for the healing process, but realistically we use our hands for everything so we’ll need that freedom of movement). They still provide stability & don’t irritate the skin. I took off one star because the corner area between the thumb & pointer finger feel the most discomfort, which I imagine ranges from person to person. I didn’t expect to actually use these wrist braces, but they’re amazing. I only wear one on the wrist that bothers me for tumbling and stunting in cheer, and it helps so much.
