Having a 35 inch waist choice is fantastic when so many men's pants go from 34 inch to 36 inch choices. They fit me quite well. Some have mentioned that the small, right hand thigh pocket is too tight for a phone. I find it works fine for a Pixel 8 Pro phone with a small, basic case. There are plenty of smaller phones out there, though the Pixel 8 is no where near the largest. I fine the cloth to be properly soft yet durable.
