I've always been a fan of Wranglers. I've worn them most of my life. I bought a pair of jeans from these people, that cost $78, and they ripped the first time I wore them. Seriously, fresh out of the bag. All I did was step into my truck and the fabric ripped. Not a seam. It was the actual fabric. I was really surprised because they didn't fit tight or anything. Actually, I had bought them a size up and they fit loosely and comfortably. When I reached out customer service to ask if they would replace them they told me no. Apparently it's against their refund policy to replace a worthless product that can't even stand being worn once. I have never had this happen with any other pair of jeans, and it definitely hadn't happened with other Wranglers that I've bought in the past. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Don't buy from these people. Read more
