IMO, this is a great product.

I ordered, I used. It was quite easy and gentle on my hands. It worked amazingly. The sponge for soft application, then with little effort the tarnish came off, rinse . A soft cloth to buff is provided. I highly recommend this. I only have 6 heirloom family pieces, but they were very tarnished, and the wear was easily and gently taken off.
