I ordered, I used. It was quite easy and gentle on my hands. It worked amazingly. The sponge for soft application, then with little effort the tarnish came off, rinse . A soft cloth to buff is provided. I highly recommend this. I only have 6 heirloom family pieces, but they were very tarnished, and the wear was easily and gently taken off. Any cleaning product by Weiman is the absolute best! I have their floor, quartz, stainless steel, and cooktop cleaners as well. I am using this product for some of my father's antique beer steins, and I am extremely pleased with the results. It's not "dirty" to use, and rinses off very nicely. Excellent product! I was hesitant because I have a set of silver bracelets that were tarnished I tried the natural approach with the baking soda and hot water/foil. One of them cleaned up better than the rest. But I really wanted that silver shine to come out, I’m not a fan of patina. So I decided to order this stuff. Fantastic sliver cleaner. Thick cream that easily wipes on and rubs off with no toxic smells. Some silver cleaners are so potent smelling they give me a huge headache.
