Purchased for 24 hour wear to manage carpal tunnel syndrome at the recommendation of my occupational therapist. This is the most comfortable brace I have ever worn. It achieves the bracing from the back of the hand and wrist so it doesn’t tend to get in the way. I can type in it almost as well as when I’m not wearing it… as my OT tells me, if it’s uncomfortable to do something while you’re wearing it, or if you have to take the brace off to do something, then the activity you are trying to do is probably an aggravating activity to the wrist. I thought that was good guidance so I thought I’d pass it on. I measured exactly between a medium and a large. I am much more comfortable in the medium. I passed the large to my son who also suffers from carpal tunnel syndrome. We are both very happy with them! This cost a little more than a drugstore brace, but it is 100% worth it. You will take the drugstore brace off to do so many things, but not this one, it is comfortable enough to wear throughout the day. It’s not very bulky, and if you need to wear a long sleeves, you can easily strap the brace over the sleeve if the sleeve is snug. Winner winner, chicken dinner! Read more

This is great for fit and keeping my wrist immobile. But the straps don’t stay in place while sleeping. I put an ace wrap on to keep it in place. But with the extra wrap it does work well and helps with the Carpal tunnel Read more
It keeps the wrist very stable and is comfortable. I got it because I was having issues with my thumb due to a different style of brace and I am very pleased with it. I plan to buy one for my other hand as well as I had waited until I tried it with the hand with the most pain. Read more
