Everything I’ve read says to not use a flexed brace but one that is straight to avoid additionally pressure on the nerve. I removed the ones that came with it-difficult so it’s unlikely to come out on its own-and replaced with a homemade straight piece. Fit was good, didn’t dig into my thumbs. Very adjustable. I found the straps too long but frankly, that makes them more appealing-now they are the perfect length after a quick hair cut. Velcro is strong. I purchased medium size so I could wear the brace loosely but the straps are very long. They are also very stiff to the point that I scratch myself with the brace at night. Otherwise, the brace does what it’s supposed to do. Read more

I injured my wrist a couple of months ago. I need constant stabilization to prevent pain. I have had 4 different braces. This is the only one that stabilized my wrist in all directions. It is a bit big and the Velcro is a bit awkward but all in all the design is great for what I needed. Read more

The metal piece wants to come out when I play pickleball. Otherwise , it's well built and easy to put on. It's recommend it still, I think I'll just put a stitch at the end to keep that piece in. Read more
