I was impressed with these arm and leg weights. The velcro is strong and keeps the weights secure while moving the arms/wrists. There is an odor when first taking the weights out of the bag but that seems to go away after awhile. I walk 4X/week and these weights will aid in strengthening my leg muscles. Read more

I needed an easy but cute set of wrist weights. I bring them to all my workouts and I use them while I go on long walks as well. They are super durable but not too heavy to pack/wear for long periods of time. It motivates me more because it's PINK!
