I couldn't believe it! The pens are silent. You can switch from silent to click. I like how we have the choice to decide that. It writes beautifully and smoothly. Is does smudge a tad bit, but not as intense as other gel ink pens. It is a little thick for a 0.5mm and can bleed a little on thinner paper. Overall, this product is so good and worth the money! As usual these ones never disappoint. If I can get every kind they make, I would but I would end up having way too many pens in my lifetime. Every time I buy them, I do give them away for my friends to try and they love the just the same and ask for the brand/link. These are great pens and Writech continues to make great quality pens.
