I wasn't really expecting a heavy duty item but this is not something I would keep a load on. I rated it 5 stars because of the design. The floor to ceiling height for my shower is 101 inches. This was easily installed using the enclosed instruction booklet. The booklet has a chart that tells you how many sections of pole to use for different height ranges (very helpful). Once installed, it fits snugly and becomes very stable. The shelves are adjustable (a bit awkward to adjust), easy to clean, adequate storage space for most shower necessities. This may not be the most robust shower tower but it is stable once installed. Read more

So, this works the way it's supposed to (so far). I've only been using it about 3 weeks and so far it's holding everything firm. The only thing is, it's very bouncy, wiggly, and bows a bit in the middle. I thought maybe I installed it wrong and there is too much length on it, but if I get it to the point where's it doesn't bow then it's sliding from it's place on the ceiling and not keeping tension. I want to add that this is also trying to stand in a 8-9 foot room, so in a physics sense, it's doing what it can. Read more

This is an incredibly adjustable product, it's easy to size and install, the shelves are roomy and very stable and the look is so much better in person. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of shower caddy. Read more

I'm not certain on the stability of it, it seems kind of iffy but we shall see, but I bought 2 of these, one for each corner of the shower. They work great, they are much bigger than the shelves I had before, but also feel more hefty and I love that they have tiny holes in them so that water doesn't pool up. I didn't need the wash cloth holder thing, one day I will take it apart and remove that because its just sitting up there too far out of my reach to utilize. I also LOVE that there is an arm that moves on the shelves. You can either have it on the bottom (so its like a holder for a washcloth) or you can have it on the top which makes it like a little bar that stops things from sliding off. Its at the perfect height so bottles don't slide off. I love the color, it doesn't seem to be rusting or discoloring and it looks nice. Great product! Read more

The media could not be loaded. Installation is easy, the height chart is off, I just added another tube, I can increase the tension more to make it sturdier but I am afraid that my ceiling might break or my tub warp, but I think, it is missing a bracket support to make the main pole stable. I like the shelves since you can adjust on the fly, definitely the trays will not rust, it is made of plastic and if you buy a soap with a dispenser, and you rely on the tray to hold the soap while you press the dispenser is questionable, its not like a niche to where it has a solid bottom for you to press the dispenser. The hooks are ok but I prefer them to not move around, I usually look for a product that is 4.0 or higher, but it seems that most reviewer are satisfied with this for the price.
