I really like this balaclava! It is superior to other ones I have used I the following ways: Super soft Not itchy No Rough seems Hugs head and face without being too tight or rough stitching around face Excellent warmth and breathable Another big one is there is not a bit of plastic or oily odor like of these synthetic types of things have. Also no wet dog smell after prolonged wear. Only con is that it is advertised as preventing fogging of your glasses. Here’s me on a 24 degree day no active snow and I fogged Up before I was even outside. However, it is not a deal breaker for me as it still gave me about 60% better viability compared to a scarf or other balaclavas I own. And for $8.50 you can’t beat It and I am thinking about buying a couple More and donating my others. Highly recommend. Read more

Perfect for the cold, great material, lightweight, fits as it should, soft on the inside, works great in the wind. Also a plus to be covered comfortably this time of year when sickness is going around. Read more

These are not my first balaclavas, but they are definitely the best I’ve gotten. I originally bought them for winter cycling, but now I wear them in lieu of winter hats too. They fit so comfortably that I forget I’m even wearing them, and my husband will often get home and remind me I’m wearing it because I still haven’t taken it off. Lightweight but decently warm. I will say, for winter cycling, they are slightly too thin in extreme temps (<10°F). I’m glad they were only like $20 for 2 of them, because then I can throw on the second one if needed. The holes in the front were a reason I decided to buy, so that breathing wouldn’t fog up my glasses or ski goggles while protecting my mouth from cold wind. And while they are slightly better than my previous balaclavas, they still fog up if I don’t focus my breathing in the “right direction” or have to make a stop. They do wash well and haven’t shrunk. Before reviewing, I’ve been using them for a couple months and washing them very regularly and they haven’t pilled or had any loose stitching like some of my previous ones. Many of those cost just about as much as 2 of these did, so I’m cool with them. Read more

This mask works perfectly for 15°F snow/wind, it's actually windproof with the only wind realistically entering is through your nose mask when you breathe in, other than that though I didn't have any issues, it's a bit big however and I have a big head so the top of it isn't tight but it's not loose to the point of being unusable, just something to keep in mind. For the price, the quality is perfection, does everything it states and will definitely keep you warm during this cold season! Read more

Husband works a job where he’s out in the weather constantly. He said this is his favorite one yet. It’s comfy and warm, doesn’t restrict his breathing in any way, and fit perfectly. He’s picky so I trust it. Read more

Really a great mask. What I find remarkable is the way the nose and mouth cover fit. It may not be obvious in the pictures. In the pictures they show- an open face with neck cover and just eyes with the nose and mouthpiece in lace. The nose and mouth piece can be pulled down and placed in the neck area. It is sewn separately-(unlike so many others) you just ill up and cover the nose and mouth without disturbing the baclava. Once the nose and mouthpiece are placed. They are breathable. Even hiking rough terrain for 2 hours in sub freezing temperatures here in the high Uinta Mountains above Snowbird and Alta ski area near Salt Lake City Utah. . I wear glasses and the nose and mouthpiece guard are very well vented where I have not had any problems with fogging. It fits well. 4 way stretch and even tho I am 6’2” and weigh 240. They do not feel too tight or loose. It would fit a lady as well. For a well built face and neck mask- with no frays and an excellent sewing job I highly recommend. Read more

I don't drive anymore but I do ride a seated scooter. Since I'm essentially outside in weather ranging from full sun to full rain, I purchased these for my face and ears as the fall weather and damp days make it uncomfortably cold riding my scooter. I have been using them for about a week now and they have fit snugly, stopping air flow and done the job of keeping my face and ears warm and not being to thick to still wear my helmet comfortably. My only complaint? They don't like my longggg beard. Hehe Read more
