This pillow is perfect if you have ear pressure pain when sleeping on side which I have had for years. Some nights are worse than others waking me numerous times from the pain. I tried two other pillows that had too small holes and did not help my issue at all. But this pillow has a large enough hole to allow my whole ear to rest inside of it comfortably without any pressure on it. Loved this pillow, just wish it was higher if that makes since. I had to use a thinner pillow under it. I use a foam pillow so my head sits where I like it. This was a bit lower to my liking. Over all it did its job. I had the top of ears pierced and it was very very painful to sleep on. Itd be perfect for other ear piercing. The 3 top piercings got done all at once. The item is exactly how it is pictured but it is slightly too small and way too hard. Look, I have an average head and this thing just barely fits it. It’s like a children’s pillow to be honest. Not soft at all…it genuinely feels like the densest seat cushion in the world. When I lay my head on it it feels like every single muscle in my neck is contracting at the same time. If you’re a side sleeper and you’re still debating spending money on a special pillow for ear pain, do it!!! This pillow is the perfect size and is a lot softer fabric than I expected it to be. It’s easily stackable on my other pillows and feels nice on my cheek as it’s very soft. My ears are small but the hole still leaves plenty of wiggle room for them, so it would do just fine for bigger ears! It provides great support because it’s very firm, but you can take stuffing out to adjust it to your liking. Great product for the price! Read more

I’m a side sleeper, just got my helix pierced and was so concerned about sleeping with it. Looked up helpful tips to sleep with a healing ear piercing and WOW I’m so glad these pillows exist! First night with my piercing, I didn’t get any sleep and order this for same day delivery, came on time. I Haven’t slept with it yet but tried it out to make sure I can lay comfortably without putting pressure on my piercing and so far it feels untouchable! I love how it unzips to add or take out cotton to adjust the softness of the pillow. It comes in a vacuum sealed bag, was simple and easy to adjust the puffiness.
