My husband was looking for shop towels to replace the Caterpillar brand that he loved. I read MANY reviews and finally decided to start with these since they are on the lower price end of shop towels. They were useable, but didn't pass the "nose blow" test for him :) For the price, they work well and are sturdy, but not very thick (I used them to clean windows and I needed a couple doubled up to feel like they were enough), but for general wiping, they can be rinsed out and reused several times. We have also tried the X70's and now are using X80's....none of them are like the Caterpillar brand (which is no longer available), and none passed the "nose blow" test, but the 70's were thicker than the 60's and the 80's are thicker than the 70's if that helps anyone decide.
