It is a good scale but did not work to my satisfaction. I recognized that it was good in spite of my ending up returning it. It also received great reviews on consumer reports which I consulted before making a purchase. I found the scale was too small for my big feet. I wish the vendor included dimensions on the item description. Also, the method for doing BMI and body fat are based purely on calculation. I thought that the metal contacts/circles used resistance/impedance with a mild electric current to measure such things. It is a good scale, but it just didn't work for me.
